DEAMVI arrests in Monte Plata a young man wanted for alleged sexual violation

Monte Plata. – Agents of the National Police arrested this Friday morning Jesús Mendoza Mueses, known as “Cabi Dom”, 21 years old, residing in Cruce de Mela, required by the justice system through arrest warrant No. 2025.AJ0024922, issued on April 23 of this year by magistrate Yalitza M. Martínez. The young man, a worker by trade, was arrested at Cruce del Pajón, where he was working. According to the police report, Mendoza Mueses resisted arrest, even with the intervention of his father and coworkers, which generated an altercation at the scene. Despite the resistance, the officers managed to subdue him.

The arrest occurred in relation to the alleged violation committed against Mrs. Érica Milagro Lebrón Santana, under the provisions of Article 331.1 of the Dominican Penal Code and provisions of Law 136-03 on the Protection of Children and Adolescents. The defendant was arrested by agents De León Ramírez, Martínez Junior Félix and Dori Dania Núñez Jiménez, from the Specialized Directorate for the Attention of Women and Intrafamily Violence of the National Police. (DEAMVI) The detainee faces another pending process in the same jurisdiction and will be placed at the disposal of the Public Prosecutor’s Office for the corresponding purposes.
