Santo Domingo.– The hearing corresponding to the Nido or Indisarq case was postponed until next September 23rd, after one of the victims involved in the process presented a medical certificate that prevented them from participating in the judicial session.
The main defendants in the process are Emmanuel Rivera Ledesma, Emmanuel Eduardo Rivera Pichardo, Mirna Catalina Rivera Ledesma, Juan Omar Rosario López, Reilin Arismendy Rosario García, Escarlet Mercedes Cruz Figueroa and María Gabriela Rivera, as well as the companies Indisarq, SRL, and CRD Equipos Pesados, SRL, among others.
The new date will allow the court to resume hearing the case, which involves several people who claim to have been affected by the actions attributed to the defendants.
The parties must appear before the court again on September 23rd, the date on which the judicial proceedings corresponding to the case are expected to continue.
