It should be noted that in the present year Banreservas has held several real estate expo fairs, such as those in Spain, New York and Lawrence, through which hundreds of Dominicans residing abroad acquired properties throughout the national territory, with financing exceeding RD$4,000 million.
The Reserve Bank has established itself as the financial entity with the greatest support for the construction sector, allowing thousands of Dominicans to acquire their own home, thereby contributing to significantly reduce the housing deficit in the Dominican Republic.
