Artists from genres such as typical merengue, bachata, dembow and rap, connected with the public and achieved notable recognition for their art. Among them are Dalvin La Melodía, Los Sufridos, Daniel Galán, Ebenezer Guerra, Arlene MC, Junaa, Jezzy El Chef de los Versos, El Grupaso and La Más Doll.

- Dalvin La Melodía
Dalvin Antonio Núñez, artistically known as Dalvin La Melodía, was one of the great musical surprises of 2025. With his song “Mi Reina”, composed by Martin Aquino and released at the end of 2024, the young bachatero surpassed 37 million views on YouTube. In addition, his bachata version of “Chiquilla bonita”, an adaptation of the classic by Marco Antonio Solís, also added millions of views.

- Ebenezer Guerra
At 23 years old, Ebenezer Guerra has established himself as one of the most charismatic and promising artists of romantic merengue típico. His interpretative versatility and the fusion of merengue with romantic and urban touches have led him to conquer large stages.

- Arlene MC
Arlene Mota Cedano, artistically known as Arlene MC, is one of the most outstanding and authentic female voices in the urban genre in the Dominican Republic. With her song “Mamazota”, which surpassed 72 million views on YouTube, Arlene quickly connected with the youth audience and reaffirmed her identity in 2025.

- Jezzy El Chef de los Versos
Jessy Leonardo Lorenzo Rodríguez, artistically known as Jezzy El Chef de los Versos, is one of the most solid artists in Dominican urban music. - Junaa
Junaa, also known as Yk It’s Junna, is a young Dominican talent based in the United States. At 19 years old, he has managed to stand out internationally with hits like “Tour”, “Repeat” and “Envenenado”. - El Grupaso

Dahiana Guzmán, artistically known as La Más Doll, established herself in 2025 as one of the main female exponents of the new generation of the Dominican urban genre. On digital platforms, her songs quickly gained popularity, especially on TikTok, where several of her tracks went viral.
