Santo Domingo.– José Arias, best known as El Fother, celebrated his 15-year career with a massive solo concert, “LEGENDARIO”, a show that brought together the best of the genre on the same stage and that became a milestone for his career and for the local urban movement.
With impeccable production by Hood Music and Yo Amo Mi Barrio, with a staging that combined audiovisuals, tributes and overflowing energy. El Fother shared the stage with luxury guests who reinforced the magnitude of the evening: Lápiz Conciente, Rochy RD, Chimbala, TYS, among other artists who have marked the history of rap and dembow in the country.
The event at Escenario 360 brought together hundreds of fans who sang out loud every song, evidencing the genuine connection between the artist and his audience. Iconic themes, musical surprises and a solid acting show made the concert feel like a celebration of the legacy and authenticity that have characterized El Fother for a decade and a half.
“LEGENDARY” not only reaffirmed El Fother’s artistic and cultural weight, but also demonstrated that Dominican rap and urban music can offer international-level shows, capable of marking a before and after in the local scene.
