Doctor who treated British royal family found murdered in England

British doctor Hannah Cain, who reportedly treated members of the royal family, was found dead at her home in Dersingham, England, on Sunday.
Cain, 45, known professionally as Hannah Terry, was part of the team at Grimston Medical Centre, which has treated members of the royal family during their stays at Sandringham House. According to The Sun, Queen Camilla was among her patients.
A post-mortem examination found a blunt-force injury to the right side of Cain’s head, along with an injury that could indicate compression of the neck, according to prosecutor Jackie Hanlon. Children were reportedly present in the home at the time of her death.
Cain’s husband, Mark Cain, also 45, has been charged with her murder. He appeared Wednesday before Norwich Magistrates’ Court and was remanded in custody.
He is due to appear before King’s Lynn Crown Court at his next hearing.
