Washington, Jun 21.- U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio congratulated far-right candidate Abelardo de la Espriella by phone this Sunday on his victory in Colombia’s presidential election according to the preliminary count, and expressed confidence in “working closely” to “put an end to illegal immigration to the United States,” among other objectives.
