Patrick Clancy and his new wife, fertility doctor Rachel Danis, are expecting their first child together, according to CBS correspondent Ross Douthat, who interviewed the couple for “60 Minutes.” Douthat confirmed Monday that Danis is already pregnant.
The couple had previously revealed during the interview that they planned to start a family together. They also spoke about their plans to tell their future children about Patrick’s three children, Cora, Dawson and Callan, who were killed by his former wife, Lindsay Clancy.
During the interview, Patrick said he looks forward to telling their future children about their older siblings. The couple’s first interview together aired on “60 Minutes” more than three years after the deaths of Patrick’s three children.
