Sports writing, May 31 (EFE).- Australian Oscar Piastri (McLaren), championship leader, was the fastest this Saturday, ahead of his teammate, Englishman Lando Norris -second, three points behind-, in the third and final free practice for the Spanish Grand Prix, the ninth of the Formula One World Championship, which is held at the Montmeló circuit (Barcelona).
In his best lap, Piastri, with four victories this year, covered the 4,675 meters of the Catalan track in one minute, 12 seconds and 387 thousandths, 526 less than Norris -winner last Sunday in Monaco- and with 743 advantage over the Monegasque Charles Leclerc, who registered third in the time table, after having achieved his, like the previous ones, with the soft tire.
