Paris Saint-Germain has reportedly reached an agreement in principle with Barcelona for the transfer of Spanish forward Ferran Torres for approximately $57 million, according to a source cited by ESPN.
The deal is expected to be finalized in the coming days, once Torres travels to Paris to undergo his medical examinations and sign his contract with the French club.
PSG had previously seen an initial $45 million offer rejected by Barcelona, but negotiations continued as Torres reportedly pushed for a move away from the Catalan club.
At 26, Torres arrives in Paris after a standout season in which he scored the decisive goal for Spain in the 2026 World Cup final against Argentina. His move would also reunite him with coach Luis Enrique, under whom he previously played for the Spanish national team.
