Baby interrupts MLS match after wandering onto the field

An unexpected pitch invasion briefly stopped the MLS match between San Jose Earthquakes and Minnesota United after a toddler wandered onto the field during stoppage time at PayPal Park in San Jose, California.

The child, reportedly the son of Earthquakes goalkeeper Angus Gunn, made it several yards onto the pitch before stadium staff quickly picked him up and returned him to his family. The match resumed without further incident.

Minnesota United went on to win 5-1, but the adorable interruption quickly became one of the most talked-about moments of the game.
