Businesses close for selling alcoholic beverages to minors in Ciudad Juan Bosch

Santo Domingo. – The Security Corps of the Trust for the Construction of Low-Cost Housing of the Dominican Republic (Fideicomiso VBC-RD), in coordination with the National Police and the Program for the Control of Alcoholic Beverages and Public Order (COBA), carried out a joint operation in Ciudad Juan Bosch with the aim of preserving public order and protecting the underage population. During the intervention, led by Lieutenant Colonel Fredy de los Santos Luciano, PN, along with the COBA coordinator inspector, Estiven M. Feliz, establishments that were selling alcoholic beverages to minors and that did not comply with the standardization established by the competent authorities were closed.

As a result of the operation, the following businesses were closed:
  • Dragon Vaper Store
  • The Games Cave
The Security Corps of the VBC-RD Trust reiterated its commitment to guarantee security, compliance with the law, and peaceful coexistence in Ciudad Juan Bosch, while informing that this type of operation will continue to be carried out permanently.
