Respect for the trajectory

Regarding the celebration, Ing. Miguel Feris Chalas shared a message addressed to the collaborators present, highlighting the value of those who have dedicated a significant part of their lives to the development of the company. “*I want to tell you, those of you who have dedicated 10, 15, 30, and 40 years to this company, that each of you is an essential part of these 116 years of history. Thank you for your dedication, thank you for your discipline, and thank you for entrusting your talent to this house. Because when a company honors its history, values its people, and competes with determination, it not only celebrates years: it builds generations. And the generations it builds are the ones that lead,” stated the Executive Committee president. The ‘Legacy’ initiative arises precisely to highlight that shared history: that of those who begin their journey in the company and those who have dedicated decades of work to see it grow and consolidate. With this type of initiative, César Iglesias reaffirms its commitment to continue strengthening an organizational culture based on respect for the trajectory, recognition of effort and the value of the people who are part of its history.
