DNCD agent aspirant passes away after collapsing during training in Monseñor Nouel

Santo Domingo.– A young man who was participating in the training process to join the National Drug Control Directorate (DNCD) passed away this Wednesday after fainting while performing training activities at the Regional Training and Capacity Building Center for Agents and Canine Teams (CRECAAB), located in Piedra Blanca, Monseñor Nouel province.

The victim was identified as Luis Anderson Dini García, 20 years old, who was part of the group of applicants to join the institution.

According to the DNCD, the young man fainted during the training session and received immediate medical assistance. Subsequently, he was transported to the Piedra Blanca Municipal Hospital, where he passed away while receiving care.

The institution reported that it activated the established protocols for this type of situation and that it remains awaiting the report from medical authorities, which will determine the cause of death.

The DNCD expressed its condolences to the young man’s family and assured that it will collaborate with the corresponding investigations to clarify the circumstances of the death.
