Dollar price in the Dominican Republic this Friday, October 9, 2026

The Central Bank of the Dominican Republic published the reference prices for the purchase and sale of the dollar for this Friday, October 9, as follows:
In Financial Institutions: The purchase rate closed at RD$59.25 and the selling rate at RD$61.80
Regarding Remittance and Exchange Agents: The purchase rate stood at RD$60.64 and the selling rate at RD$61.62.
Compared to the previous day, a trend toward daily depreciation was observed in both sectors:
In Financial Entities, the purchase rate recorded the previous day was RD$59.03 (-0.36% variation) and the sale rate was RD$61.61 (-0.31% variation).
At Remittance and Exchange Agents, the previous day’s purchase was quoted at RD$60.39 (-0.40% variation) and the sale at RD$61.46 (-0.25% variation).
