Edesur puts into service new power transformer in Paraíso substation of DN4
The powerful equipment increases the capacity to meet the energy demand in that area by 100%, directly benefiting thousands of customers and more than 12 sectors.
With the power transformer, which handles voltage levels of 138/12.5 kilovolts (kV) in high and low, respectively, the activation of a second transformation field is achieved, which aims to guarantee safer and more stable operating conditions in the sectors of the National District benefiting from the improvements.
