Santo Domingo. – With the goal of promoting leadership, continuous training, and strategic vision within the practice of law, the legal community ENTRA held the meeting “From Title to Legacy: The Founders’ Brunch”, an initiative that brought together professionals from the legal, business, and academic sectors in Santo Domingo.

The activity, held at the Fratello restaurant, was organized by lawyer and strategist Susan Carolin Mota, founder of ENTRA, a community oriented towards the comprehensive development of lawyers and law students in the Dominican Republic.

The event brought together lawyers, entrepreneurs, executives, students, and special guests in a space dedicated to the exchange of knowledge, networking, and the strengthening of leadership in the legal field.

Leadership and transformation conferences

The day began with the keynote lecture “From Degree to Legacy”, led by the businesswoman and president of Certezza Group, Paola Romero, who addressed topics related to leadership, professional growth, and the importance of building a legacy that transcends academic and professional achievements.

Subsequently, the National District deputy, Liz Mieses, presented the lecture “Law as a Tool for Public Transformation,” where she highlighted the role of legal professionals as agents of change and fundamental actors in the institutional and social strengthening of the country.

Debate on opportunities and professional practice

One of the central moments of the meeting was the panel “The Business Behind the Title: Real Estate Law, Market and Opportunities in the Dominican Republic Today”, where trends in the real estate sector and growth opportunities for professionals linked to this area were analyzed.

Likewise, the panel “The Voice of Experience” was developed, focused on the challenges and lessons that mark professional trajectories, as well as “The Lawyer of the 21st Century: From Employee to Brand, from Brand to Business,” in which topics related to innovation, personal branding, entrepreneurship, and the transformation of legal practice were addressed.
