The Central Bank of the Dominican Republic published the reference prices for the purchase and sale of the euro for this Monday, July 6, as follows:
In the Financial Entities sector, the euro traded at RD$67.40 for purchase and RD$69.47 for sale this Monday.
At Remittance and Exchange Agents, the purchase rate for the euro was set at RD$65.79 and the selling rate at RD$70.06.
This quotation represents an appreciation of the national currency (and consequent depreciation of the euro) of 10.16% in the purchase and 9.62% in the sale when compared to the closing of the year 2025.
Over a twelve-month perspective, the euro has lost 3.91% of its value in the purchase rate compared to July 2025.
In the short term, compared to the previous day, the currency showed a marginal appreciation of 0.03% in the purchase price.
