Santo Domingo, D.R. – The national undersecretary of the Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM) and senator for the province of Azua, Lía Díaz, highlighted the atmosphere of unity, commitment, and institutional strengthening experienced during the XXIII Extraordinary National Convention of that political organization.
The legislator expressed that this convention represents a new step in strengthening the PRM’s commitment to the Dominican people, reaffirming the principles of unity, vision, and responsibility that have allowed for the consolidation of the trust placed by millions of citizens.
“This convention renews our commitment to continue working for a Dominican Republic with more development, greater opportunities, and well-being for all,” stated Díaz.
Likewise, he valued the presence and support of the President of the Republic, Luis Abinader, and former President Hipólito Mejía, noting that both constitute benchmarks of leadership and commitment to the institutional strengthening of the PRM.
He indicated that his participation reaffirms the party’s cohesion and the will to continue working together for the development of the nation.
The senator stated that the PRM is a party that believes in working closely with the people and in the transformations achieved through concrete actions, keeping as its guiding principle service to the country with dedication, transparency, and responsibility.

Likewise, he highlighted that the strength of the organization lies in the unity of its leadership and membership, which will allow it to continue promoting public policies oriented toward the progress and well-being of Dominican families.
Finally, Lía Díaz called on all members of the Modern Revolutionary Party to continue working together to consolidate the progress achieved and continue building a better future for the Dominican Republic.
“The future is built by working together,” concluded the political leader.
