Berlin, Germany. – The renowned Dominican pianist and composer Michel Camilo offered an emotional concert in the German capital to more than 400 attendees, in an evening organized by the Embassy of the Dominican Republic in Germany and sponsored by Banreservas to commemorate National Independence.
The presentation took place in the emblematic Berlin Concert Hall, where the virtuoso musician captivated the audience with a masterful piano performance that combined Latin jazz, classical compositions, tropical rhythms, and traditional merengues.
The activity, held within the framework of the ITB Berlin International Tourism Fair, brought together diplomats, tourism professionals, entrepreneurs, and members of the Dominican community residing in Germany, who enjoyed a night dedicated to Dominican culture and music.
During the activity, the Dominican ambassador to Germany, Iris Joselin Pujols, thanked maestro Camilo for accepting the invitation to this celebration and highlighted the support of the institutions that made the meeting possible.
Songs like “On Fire”, “Not Yet”, “One More Once”, “Yarey”, “Caribe”, “Tropical Jam”, among other emblematic pieces were enjoyed by those present during the evening.
