Santo Domingo. – The coadjutor archbishop of the Archdiocese of Santo Domingo, Carlos Tomás Morel Diplán, assured that Pope Leo XIV promised to “do everything possible” to include a visit to the Dominican Republic in his agenda during the coming year.
According to the prelate’s statements, the Supreme Pontiff expressed openness to considering the pastoral visit, although there is still no official confirmation regarding dates or logistical details.
