Regional 03 of Azua wins medals in National Nature Sciences Olympics

Azua. – The Regional Education Directorate 03 of Azua achieved important recognitions in the National Science Olympics of Nature at the primary level, obtaining silver and bronze medals thanks to the outstanding performance of its students. The regional representation showed a high academic level and competitiveness in this national event, in which students from different educational districts of the country participated. In the category of 5th grade, the student Yaison Amaurys Ledesma, from the Educational District 03-02 of Padre Las Casas, obtained a bronze medal, while Kender Soto, from District 03-03 of San José de Ocoa, won a silver medal. In 6th grade, student Yadiel Estarlin Peguero, also from District 03-03 of San José de Ocoa, won a bronze medal. On her side, Reisher Anabel Lebrón, from District 03-02 of Padre Las Casas, received a silver medal.

The participants were accompanied by a commission made up of regional technicians María Altagracia Beltré and Francel Navarro, in addition to district technicians who supported the delegation during the event. With these results, Regional 03 of Azua reaffirms its commitment to educational excellence and the strengthening of science education for the benefit of Dominican children.
