Santo Domingo.– The businessman and CEO of Alofoke Media Group, Santiago Matías, announced that he will make an aircraft available to transport donations from the Dominican Republic to Venezuela, following the 7.2 and 7.5 magnitude earthquakes that have left at least 164 dead, more than a thousand injured, and significant material damage.
n” “nThe initiative was announced during a phone call to the radio program Jessica en Punto, where Matías informed that he will work in conjunction with the Venezuelan communicator Jessica Pereira and the company Panorama Jets to channel humanitarian aid to the affected areas.
n” “n“We have a plane available to take essential supplies there, to Venezuela. I am calling on you publicly to make a call where you deem appropriate and to make a list of basic items that are needed at this stage of this tragedy”, Matías expressed during the intervention.
n” “nFor his part, Pereira indicated that he is already coordinating with individuals and organizations in Venezuela to identify the most urgent needs and ensure that donations reach those who need them most.
