The Lawyer Yovanny D\u00edaz Mendoza<\/strong> is a lawyer, graduated with honors from the Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Santo Domingo (UASD)<\/a><\/strong>. He has a solid academic and professional background, with international master’s degrees in Constitutional Law and Fundamental Freedoms<\/strong>, studied at the University of Paris<\/strong> and the Instituto Global de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Sociales (IGLOBAL)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His preparation has been enriched with specialized studies in Criminology Applied to the Execution of Sentences<\/strong>, carried out at the University of Murcia, Spain<\/strong>. Likewise, he has completed diplomas and programs in Diplomacy and International Relations<\/strong>, international cooperation<\/strong>, social leadership<\/strong>, administrative law<\/strong>, economic regulation<\/strong>, organizational change management<\/strong>, anti-bribery regulations<\/strong>, prevention of money laundering<\/strong>, regulatory compliance<\/strong> and anti-fraud auditing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, Yovanny Alexander D\u00edaz Mendoza<\/strong> works as a university professor<\/strong>, sharing his knowledge with new generations of law and social sciences professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the public sphere, he serves as the interim director of Ethics and Integrity of the General Directorate of Ethics and Governmental Integrity (DIGEIG)<\/strong>, where he leads the design and execution of institutional policies for the strengthening of transparency and the fight against corruption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among Yovanny D\u00edaz’s main responsibilities, his role as head of the process of creating the National Integrity System<\/strong> stands out, and of the implementation of the Governmental Integrity and Regulatory Compliance Commissions (CIGCN)<\/strong>, as well as the model of the Integrity Officers<\/strong>, whose function is to ensure ethical and regulatory compliance in State entities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
