Upon arrival at the scene, firefighters found a Toyota Camry engulfed in flames, which had veered off the road and violently impacted a dump truck parked near a residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Witnesses indicated that a pedestrian managed to pull the driver out of the car before the fire spread completely.
