Santo Domingo.\u2013<\/strong> The urban artist El Poeta Callejero<\/strong>, whose given name is Geraldo Gabriel Santana<\/strong>, presented on the night of Friday, May 16, 2025, his own version of the song \u201cTa de Pinga\u201d<\/a><\/strong>, using the same musical track that has been popularized by Sh<\/strong>elow Shaq, but with a completely new lyric, which still focuses on social, political, media, and entertainment topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through his distinctive lyrical style, El Poeta addresses a variety of situations affecting Dominican society and the world. In his interpretation, he criticizes the lack of economic equity \u2014\u201cthe rich are not satisfied with what they have, the poor say there isn’t even a cent\u201d<\/em>\u2014 and points out international conflicts such as \u201cTrump is fighting over tariffs\u201d<\/em>.
