Jennifer Lynn Lopez<\/strong> artistically known as Jennifer Lopez<\/strong> or J.Lo<\/strong>, is a singer, songwriter, dancer, actress, fashion designer and businesswoman, who was born in New York on July 24, 1969. <\/p>\n\n\nShe was the second daughter of Puerto Ricans David Lopez<\/strong> and Guadalupe Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>; she has a younger sister named Lynda and an older sister named Leslie.\n\n\n

Her father worked nights as a security guard and her mother was a kindergarten teacher. When Jennifer was born, the family lived in a small apartment, however, a few years later they were able to save up to move to a two-story house. At the age of five, Jennifer began to sing and dance.<\/strong> At the age of seven, she toured all of New York with her school. Her parents presented their three daughters in numerous performances, in which Jennifer danced and sang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
