{"id":469167,"date":"2025-05-27T11:40:25","date_gmt":"2025-05-27T15:40:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/deultimominuto.net\/en\/uncategorized\/prodominicana-brings-over-200-international-buyers-to-agroalimentaria-2025\/"},"modified":"2025-05-28T08:06:30","modified_gmt":"2025-05-28T12:06:30","slug":"prodominicana-brings-over-200-international-buyers-to-agroalimentaria-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/deultimominuto.com\/en\/economy\/prodominicana-brings-over-200-international-buyers-to-agroalimentaria-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"ProDominicana brings over 200 international buyers to Agroalimentaria 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"Santo Domingo.\u2013 The executive director of the <strong>Export and Investment Center of the Dominican Republic<\/strong> (ProDominicana), <strong>Biviana Riveiro Disla,<\/strong> announced that the most important food, tobacco, and beverage fair in the Caribbean, <strong>Agroalimentaria 2025,<\/strong> will open its doors this Wednesday <strong>28 at 7:00 p.m.<\/strong>, at the Convention Center of the <strong>Dominican Fiesta Hotel &#038; Casino<\/strong>, in Santo Domingo.\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event, organized by the Export and Investment Center of the Dominican Republic <strong>(ProDominicana<\/strong>) and the <strong>Dominican Agribusiness Board (<\/strong>JAD), projects to surpass its own records in this 9th edition, with the confirmed participation of <strong>more than 200 international buyers<\/strong> from 33 markets, and <strong>more than 160 Dominican<\/strong> exporting companies, generating an ideal scenario to promote <strong>new business opportunities.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cAgroalimentaria 2025 represents a space of excellence to promote our products on the international stage, attract investment, and strengthen trade ties with new markets,\u201d<\/em> expressed the executive director of ProDominicana, Biviana Riveiro Disla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this edition, it is planned to hold <strong>more than 2,000<\/strong> B2B business meetings, consolidating the Dominican Republic as a <em>hub<\/em> of <strong>quality agro products<\/strong> with high export potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among the countries with the highest participation, <strong>Aruba, Cuba, Guadeloupe, United States, Spain, Puerto Rico, Argentina, and Costa Rica<\/strong> stand out.
