Prior to the event, more than 70 companies and business associations met in Santo Domingo as part of the Americas Business Dialogue (ABD), an initiative led by the private sector and facilitated by the IDB to promote high-level exchange between governments and companies in the region. The meeting focused on finalizing recommendations for the Business Summit and the Summit of the Americas in general. This will be the fourth Business Summit organized by the IDB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
