She also lamented that the mother of Joel Eusebio D\u00edaz Ferrer, another victim of the same event, passed away without seeing justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Court that issued the controversial ruling is composed of judges Luis Domingo Senci\u00f3n Araujo, Manuel de Jes\u00fas de la Rosa Barrientos, Lourdes Yanaire Rodr\u00edguez Arias and Orquis Celado Gonz\u00e1lez, whose names have been linked to controversial decisions in other high-profile cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lawyer Hoepelman reaffirmed his commitment to the cause, assuring that all legal resources will be exhausted. &#8220;This fight is not just about a mother.
