The Argentinian band, born from the youth phenomenon Rebelde Way, offered a show full of energy, emotion, and complicity.

A few minutes after 9:00 PM, the lights in the venue went out and a giant screen projected a montage with old and current images of the group, accompanied by a message of thanks: “Thanks to you, we went back on stage.”

At the end of the video, the phrase “And in the end, we only have to enjoy together again” sparked the ovation.

Then the lights came on and the trio performed “Girar”, accompanied by a live band and a decidedly Y2K aesthetic.

Camila Bordonaba, Felipe Colombo and Benjamín Rojas —three of the original members— returned with an energy that contrasted with the years of silence. Despite the absence of Luisana Lopilato, who is not participating in the tour for professional reasons, the group showed itself to be solid, spontaneous, and grateful.

From the very first bars, the connection with the audience was complete. Each pause between songs was accompanied by the unanimous chorus of “Erreway!”, and songs like “Rebelde Way”, “Memoria” —during which white handkerchiefs were waved in homage to the Day of Remembrance for Truth and Justice— and “Tiempo”, marked moments of communion.

“Good evening, Madrid. It’s incredible to be here again, in this impressive place with these wonderful people,” Colombo said before Bordonaba took the floor, visibly moved: “Luckily, I’ve already learned to cry and keep talking. We are here together again and we will be more and more. The rebellion will continue. This is our party.”

The show included iconic choreographies, jokes between the members, and nods to the present: “How many tiktokers are here?”, Felipe asked.

There were also intimate spaces, such as the acoustic block in “the world’s largest living room”, where they performed “Será de Dios”, “Dije adiós” and “Amor de engaño”.

Bordonaba waved a Spanish flag, Colombo recorded with a fan’s mobile phone, and among the audience, flags of Argentina, Spain, Brazil, Greece, Uruguay, and other countries and regions stood out.

There were dedications to loved ones who are no longer with us, and also surprises such as the video appearance of Luisana Lopilato, who, although absent from the tour, sent an emotional message encouraging the audience to sing “Erreway”.

Songs like “Me da igual”, “No estés seguro” or “Asignatura pendiente”, with a ‘love cam’ focusing on couples on the screens, marked the final stretch.

You may be interested in: Tickets for the Erreway concert in DR cost from 3,825 to 24,000 pesos

“Madrid, what an incredible audience.
