With evident anguish and sadness, the relatives remain outside the morgue waiting for the body to be handed over so they can perform the burial. “We have been waiting here for hours, we just want to say our last goodbye as he deserves. We already have the documents from the hospital where he was born, we just need them to finish this process,<\/strong>” said the grandfather.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They claim that the authorities still haven’t clearly explained the cause of the delay and that they were asked for a document that has already been submitted without receiving a response. \u201cI asked God to return her to me, no matter how\u2026 and so it was. Little Yuleidy will be mourned at the municipal funeral home on Jacobo Majluta Avenue, with all expenses covered by the Santo Domingo Norte City Hall, as part of the support offered to the family in this difficult time.
