Read more: Hamas to Israel after Sinwar’s death: “Killing our leaders does not mean our end”<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\nAnother 16 Gazans died and dozens were injured in attacks near the two distribution points of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF, in English) in the Tel al Sultan and al Saudi neighborhoods, in southern Jan Yunis, sources from the morgues confirmed to EFE.\n\nAsked by EFE, the Israeli Army stated it had fired “warning shots” tonight at Palestinians who were gathering near the distribution point in Netzarim as they “represented a threat to the troops”.\n\n“Warning shots were fired hundreds of meters from the aid distribution point, before its opening time,” details a military statement, which adds that the incident is being “thoroughly” investigated as well as the potential number of victims.\n\nFor its part, the Gaza Health Ministry of the Hamas government has confirmed, so far, 21 deaths and more than 294 injuries in these incidents; which it says raised the death toll to 245 and the number of injured to more than 2,152 since Israel implemented this limited aid distribution mechanism on May 27.\n\nThese complexes in militarized areas, operating through American contractors, force tens of thousands of Gazans to travel kilometers during the early hours of the morning in order to get some food.
