These, according to the accusation, did not have professional training in civil engineering or structures.\n\nIn various pages of the file, the work carried out is described as consisting of the application of cement patches, the placement of asphalt tarpaulins and the replacement of broken panels, zabaletas, repairing water leaks and containment tarpaulins for those leaks, and they were executed from August 2024. The Public Ministry described these interventions as “improvised” and “dangerous”.\n\n\n
