As part of its sustainability strategy, APAP has allocated more than RD$500 million to energy efficiency initiatives, green technology, and innovative architectural design, including ventilated facades, glass curtain walls, solar panels, fast charging stations for electric vehicles, and bicycle spaces.\n\nIts main locations in Santo Domingo and Santiago have also been recognized as cardio-protected spaces by the American Heart Association, reinforcing its comprehensive approach to health, well-being, and corporate responsibility.\n\n
The ISO 14001 certification validates that APAP implements an effective environmental management system, aimed at continuously improving its ecological performance and complying with applicable regulations. Meanwhile, ISO 45001 certifies that the entity guarantees safe working conditions, minimizing the risks of accidents and occupational diseases.\n\n\n
