G\u00f3mez Mazara announces that Digital Terrestrial Television begins in December"},"content":{"rendered":"Santo Domingo<\/strong>.\u2013 The president of the Dominican Institute of Telecommunications (INDOTEL<\/a>), Guido G\u00f3mez Mazara, enthusiastically announced that the grand launch of Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT) will be a reality starting in December of this year, marking a before and after in the technological history of the Dominican Republic.\n\nDuring his participation in the forum \u201cRoad to Digital Transformation\u201d, G\u00f3mez Mazara confirmed that the country will take the expected technological leap<\/em>, forever abandoning the analog signal that has dominated for decades.\n\n\n

\u201cGoodbye to the blurry image and distorted sound! Starting in December, all Dominicans will be able to enjoy a clear, modern, free, and quality signal throughout the country,\u201d<\/em> proclaimed the official, visibly excited.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Two key tests will follow: August 15th and September 10th, the latter with an uninterrupted digital transmission for 18 hours.\n\nG\u00f3mez Mazara did not limit himself to talking about technical advances. He emphasized that this transformation is, above all, a public policy of inclusion and social justice.\n\n\n
