Her identity had remained unknown for several weeks, after being found in a vulnerable situation and without documents.\n\nHulett was arrested on <strong>April 22<\/strong> in the community of <strong>Sabana de la Mar<\/strong>, where she was found disoriented, unable to identify herself, and showing <strong>signs of severe emotional and mental deterioration<\/strong>.
