P\u00e9rez, Esq. During the day, the participating institutions shared ideas, analyses, and proposals in a dialogue space focused on the comprehensive care of people with mental alienation who wander the streets of the province.\n\nThe activity saw the active participation of authorities from public institutions, social organizations, and key actors, who joined efforts to establish coordinated and sustainable lines of action. The common purpose was to dignify the lives of these people, guarantee their right to mental health, and contribute to the tranquility of the community, through effective responses that respect their human rights.\n\n\n
