However, the prosecuting body considers these sanctions insufficient, given the level of seriousness of the case.\n\nThe appeal seeks for a higher court to revoke the previous decision and impose more severe measures, such as pre-trial detention, arguing the risk of flight and the magnitude of the alleged facts.
