The amount of the fines ranges from 75 thousand pesos and a maximum of 450 thousand pesos.<\/strong>\n\nThe purpose is to guarantee the country’s migratory control, fundamentally to preserve security, order, the protection of citizens’ rights, and national sovereignty in all areas and jurisdictions granted by law 285-04. These sanctions seek to strengthen compliance with the current legal framework, support the formal economy, respect equal opportunities, and prevent illicit practices that affect social stability.
