According to his testimony, the scam occurred within the framework of a negotiation for the purchase of three vehicles that were never delivered.\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cMr. Francisco Alc\u00e1ntara gained my trust by posing as the driver of Eduardo Lobat\u00f3n, a Customs official. At first, I wasn&#8217;t interested, but he ended up convincing me. I gave him 300 thousand pesos first, then another 300 thousand, and finally 100 thousand,\u201d<\/strong> related Reyes, who claims to have all the necessary evidence for legal action to be taken against those responsible.<\/p>\n\n\nThe complainant stated that they have kept their complaint active for a year, despite the fact that other affected parties have given up along the way. &#8220;I haven&#8217;t gotten tired. I&#8217;m going to get him.
