In addition, the judge declared lawyer Percival Pe\u00f1a as a reckless litigant and removed him from the stand.\n\nThat day, Martinez must be assisted by a lawyer from the Public Defender&#8217;s Office.\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the hearing, the communicator was transferred under strict security measures to the preventive jail of the Palace of Justice of Ciudad Nueva.
