In all of MLB, only Cal Raleigh (39) currently surpasses him.\n\nDespite their brilliant offensive streak, the Dodgers have barely won two of the last five games. However, this Wednesday they achieved a dramatic 4-3 victory over Minnesota with a walk-off single by Freddie Freeman in the ninth inning that left the Twins on the field.\n\nOhtani, who the night before had hit his 36th home run against the Dominican Jhoan Dur\u00e1n \u2014breaking a streak of more than a year without allowing home runs by the closer\u2014, has demonstrated his power after the All-Star break. Since last Friday, he has hit the ball out in each of the games played.\n\nIn addition to his contribution with the bat, Ohtani has also pitched recently, although his offensive production had decreased since he returned to the mound on June 16.
