Santo Domingo, RD.\u2013<\/strong> The Pumarol Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong> family confirmed that Jean Andr\u00e9s Pumarol, <\/strong>identified as responsible for the tragic event that occurred on Wednesday afternoon in the Naco Dorado IV condominium, has suffered from a diagnosed psychiatric disorder for years, for which he was under medical treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the episode, which according to preliminary reports was the product of an apparent mental crisis, the young man would have attacked several residents of the building, causing the death of Mrs. Ivonne Handal and leaving others injured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
