According to his family, the young man suffers from depression and was under medical treatment at the INSIGHT mental health center.\n\nThe information is contained in complaint number 2644648, filed by his mother, Mrs. Isis Milagros de la Altagracia Santos \u00c1lvarez, 58 years old, before the Citizen Attention Center of the DICRIM on the night of Saturday, July 27. In her statement, the complainant explained that her son left home without belongings and with an unknown destination, wearing a blue polo shirt, jeans and black sneakers.
