He indicated that he was immediately attacked without warning, but managed to escape to a room to take refuge.\n\nIt was then that, according to her version, the attacker went directly towards Ivonne Handal. &#8220;When I left the room, I saw that he had attacked her&#8230; he had also killed the house&#8217;s little dog,&#8221; she narrated with evident consternation.\n\nThe event has generated a strong wave of outrage and shock in Dominican society, while the authorities continue to advance in the investigation of the case.
