The hearing, in charge of the <strong>Permanent Attention Court of the National District<\/strong>, had been previously postponed to guarantee his physical appearance.\n\nThe Public Ministry is requesting preventive detention, alleging that Pumarol represents a danger to society and that there is a risk of flight.
