I want it to inspire people to accept their process, not to give up, and to remember that something beautiful can emerge from the deepest roots,” Wheeler expressed in a statement.\n\n‘From The Root’ includes testimonies from people close to the artist, including creative collaborators, composers, and producers who actively participated in the creation of the album.\n\n\n

You can also read: Jay Wheeler shines with 5 nominations at Premios Tu M\u00fasica Urbano<\/a><\/p>\n\n\nIn addition to interviews and intimate confessions, the documentary presents exclusive behind-the-scenes images from the music videos of ‘Girasoles’ and conversations where Wheeler talks about his family and his evolution as a human being.\n\nAccording to the statement, “there are some stories that cannot be told just with songs and there are processes that deserve to be seen, felt and understood from within”.\n\nThe documentary, by Dynamic Records and directed by Enrique (Emma) Gonz\u00e1lez, is available on Jay Wheeler’s YouTube channel.\n\nThe album ‘Sunflowers’, divided into three phases -difficulties, transformation and maturity-, reflects the singer’s evolution both personally and artistically.\n\nAmong the most outstanding themes are ‘Una Como T\u00fa’, ‘No S\u00e9 Qu\u00e9 Me Queda (NSQMQ)’ and ‘Abr\u00e1zame Fuerte’, as well as the hit ‘Nota’ with Omar Courtz, with more than 30 million global streams.\n\nThe documentary allows the public to learn about the origin of each stage of the album’s creation, from the first concepts to the recordings and the teamwork that shaped the project.\n\nWheeler will be performing in concert at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico, the most important concert hall on the island, on October 17th and 18th, 2025.","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
