So far in 2025, up to July, <strong>15,115 legal separations<\/strong> have already been recorded, indicating that the trend continues.\n\nIn total, from 2005 to date, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/onarec.jce.gob.do\/estadisticas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">424,390 divorces<\/a> have been registered in the entire country<\/strong>. The majority, <strong>244,063<\/strong>, occurred by <strong>mutual consent<\/strong>, while <strong>167,802<\/strong> were due to <strong>incompatibility of characters<\/strong>. Some <strong>12,525 separations<\/strong> occurred due to other causes.\n\nThe <strong>National District<\/strong> leads the ranking by localities, with <strong>105,721 registered divorces<\/strong>, followed by <strong>Santiago de los Caballeros<\/strong> (64,326) and <strong>La Vega<\/strong> (19,515).
