Moments later, the tragedy occurred.\n\n&#8220;I was here&#8230; and he told me he wanted to bathe. I told him no, it had just rained. Whenever it rained, that child wanted to go out. But it all happened so fast,&#8221; he narrated.\n\nGarc\u00eda described Yelian as a respectful, humble, and affectionate child. \u201cHe was an angel,\u201d he said. The youngest was in secondary school and had plans to start his studies at the Polytechnic La Integral.\n\nThe teenager will be waked at his residence, while the family and community try to come to terms with the tragedy that has saddened Palav\u00e9.\n\n&#8220;One is with their child, and suddenly&#8230; they are no longer there.
